The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. the location in the Mshereib neighborhood was luxurious, and Al Bidda Park nearby was perfect for evening strolls. the staff was exceptional, providing top-notch service. However, cleanliness was an issue, with visible trash left behind by previous guests. Despite this, the hotel was well-equipped, with a fitness center and a restaurant on-site. the front desk staff was accommodating, allowing me to check out late. Their professionalism shone through, handling challenging situations with grace. Overall, the Castle Premium Hotel offers a convenient location and excellent amenities, making it suitable for both leisure and business travelers. With a few improvements in cleanliness, it could elevate the guest experience even further.
